Stanford University is really great

In 2010, the University ranked 4th in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings. Stanford is well known for its academics in social sciences, technology / computer science, life sciences, biomedicine, humanities, natural sciences. The S Uni is one of the world's top 5 universities along with Tokyo, Harvard, Keio Universities and University of Pennsylvania.

Note that, students are really into fitness (California baby). You can see sexy men running on the campus (sweaty no T Shirt and some 200 IQ brassy blondes too).

A few Stanford alumni created some small companies such as Hewlett-Packard (William Hewlett and David Packard), Cisco Systems (Sandra Lerner and Leonard Bosack), NVIDIA, SGI, VMware, MIPS Technologies, Yahoo! (Chih-Yuan Yang and David Filo), Google (Sergei Brin and Lawrence Page), Wipro Technologies (Azim Premji), Nike, Gap (Doris Fisher) and Sun Microsystems.
